Booking Terms & Conditions
General Cancellation Policy:
- No refunds after the booking
- Instead of a refund, a Credit Note will be shared with the customer which they can redeem within 1 year of the issued date
- Using the credit note, you are requested to book the homestay 15 days prior to your travel date
- Homestays accommodations are subject to availibity
- Management has all rights reserved.
There will be no refunds for no shows, early departure, late arrivals, or unused portions of accommodations, meals, activities, or services. There will be no refunds for all major holidays periods. There will be no refunds due to airline delays or acts of GOD, including weather related problems. Please note there is no refund for last minute cancellations or dropouts.
