Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be given after the booking.
- Instead of a refund, a Credit Note will be shared with the customer which they can redeem within 1 year of the issued date.
- Using the Credit Note, you are requested to book the homestay 15 days prior to your travel date.
- Changes in group size should be informed at least 3 days before check-in, last minute decrease in group size will not be refunded.
- Homestays accommodations are subject to availability.
